Basis of allotment date 23 February 2021 અને ipo listing data 26 February 2021 અગર RailTel ipo ની સાઈઝ જોવી તો 819.24 cr પુરા offer for sell છે. મતલબ કે ગવર્મેન્ટ પોતાના શેર ઓફર ફોર સેલ ના જરીએ બેચ રહી છે. અત્યારે ગવર્મેન્ટ પાસે RailTel ના 100% શેર છે. ગવર્મેન્ટ ઓફર ફોર સેલ ના જરીએ પોતાનો હીષો શેર કરે છે.

RailTel IPO expected price

RailTel ના ipo ની price 93 રૂપિયા થી 94 રૂપિયા per equity share અને કંપની ના એક શેર લોટની સાઈઝ 155 shares એનો મતલબ છે કે આ ipo ના એક લોટ ખરીદવા માટે તમારી પાસે 14570 રૂપિયા હોવા જોઈએ.

RailTels Business model

હવે આપણે વાત કરીશું કંપની ના બિઝનેસ મોડલ વિશે. કંપની ચાર સેક્ટરમાં કામ કરે છે.

(1) Telecom network services

(2) Telecom infrastructure services

(3) Managed data center & hosting services

(4) projects ( system integration services )

ચાલો તો focus કરી એ Telecom services પર જ્યાં થી કંપની નો મેજોરેટી રેવેન્યુ આવે છે.

Telecom network services મેનેવલી 3 સેગમેન્ટ આવે છે. પેલુ છે Wireline Business માં Broadband જેવી સર્વીસ આવે છે. બીજી Wireless જેમાં Wireless Broadband જેવી સર્વીસ આવે છે. અને તીજી છે Enterprise services જેમાં Fiber leasing, Tower colocation, VPN ( Virtual private network ), DLC ( Domestic leased circuits ), Data Center અત્યારે કંપની Broadband અને Enterprise ઉપર વધારે ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત કરે છે. કંપની નો broadband Business વધારે તેજીથી વધી રહીયો છે.
